Very funny read September 5, 2010 Jake Excellent humour, I could certainly connect a few of the same bits with my own dad. Well worth the read.
Good Quick Read August 29, 2010 Ron H (Oakville, Ontario) Enjoyed this book and the amusing ancedotes from the father. Great book to continually pick up and then put down as it is more a collection of 3-5 page short situational quips more than anything else. The bluntness is amusing and it has some language which I think adds a sense of realism to the bluntness.
This will undoubtably continue to be a big gift seller.
I wish my dad was like that August 29, 2010 Bogeyman 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I wish my dad was like that, then I would probably be like that too, instead of the boring little c**t that I am. Still, having read this, it now gives me a greater insight into life and the stellar goals I can aim for.
Its funny and its changed my life. I dont excuse myself and go red in the face after farting in public now. And I intend to take up spitting.
Another book that changed my life is Simon Ashley Richmond's (what kind of name is that) Write Again Vol 1 it didn't get me anywhere, (dudes like me don't get anywhere) but boy will people remember me.
The Funniest Book I ever Read August 23, 2010 Michael Parent I must say that this was one of the funniest reads I have ever had. I was laughing out loud like an idiot. My wife wanted me to put it away so that she could sleep, as I could not contain myself. Hilarious!
Still Laughing August 5, 2010 D. Moak (Windsor, ON) Justin Halpern writes a wonderfully funny look back at life with his father. If offended by language this may not be the book for you, that being said language and the hilarious use of it is what makes this book a fun read. I have followed Justin on Facebook and this book did not let me down.
